A Call To Give – 6 Principles Of Generosity

For the next couple of weeks, we are collecting pledges and donations towards the exciting work of renovating and ultimately occupying our own mid-week meeting space. To help us approach this appeal from a place of real faith, I’ve highlighted 6 ways in which we should give towards a project like ours. These lessons are drawn from 2 examples in the Old Testament where we see God’s people bringing their resources to help construct and complete a structure.

Advance Partnership Updates

On Sunday, June 26th, I updated City Gates on our time at the Advance Global 2016 Conference, as well as what it means for us as a church to partner with Advance Movement and the importance thereof.

Be Their Valentine

Instead of some secret Valentine stealing your show, let it be no secret that you are their special Valentine. And over a hot-chocolate and a cupcake, or a pot of tea and a couple of choc-chip cookies, stare into their eyes, listen to what’s going on in their precious lives, and most of all – tell them that you love them.
